Yay!!! So glad you have your pedometer now! My steps are not up there yet and won’t be for some time since I just had surgery last week. I figure every little bit helps. Right? Off to the treadmill I go…

Yay! I am not alone. My mneager steps are embarrassingly scant a few. I need to get out there and walk during lunch break and after work. Good luck to you!
